Sponsor FAQ's

Is League Sponsorship required?
Yes. Each team is responsible for at least one League Sponsorship every season. These tax-deductible donations go directly to costs that occur in keeping your league functioning. Anything earned by a team above the set amount for League Sponsorship is held for that team and can be used for team expenses (Banners, Sweatshirts, Team parties, etc.)

How much are League Sponsorships?
Sponsorship requirements change every year based on the needs of the league. Currently, the League Sponsorship requirement minimum is $150 for the Winter 2010 season.

What do sponsors get?
Sponsors receive benefits based on the level of League Sponsorship. A business sponsoring the minimum amount of $150 for the season will receive a 2x2 banner hung in a prominent location at McCune Family Park, an 8x10 display plaque, website advertisement under the "Sponsors" link and a Thank you letter that can be used to acknowledge their generous donation to Eastvale Girls Softball Association.

Is it tax deductible?
Yes! Eastvale Girls Softball Association is a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization. As such, any and all donations to the League are fully Tax Deductible.
